Saturday Night Dance Party New Haven Concert reviews
Beck too loud
The Masonic at the Saturday Night Dance Party was way too loud, perhaps due to the poor sound system. I was expecting to see it for the first time and was looking forward to it. I could barely hear what he was singing, only with earplugs in. The concert was by far THE loudest ever, and not in a good way, despite enjoying the energy onstage and hearing songs I wanted to hear. Would I see him again? I don't know. I felt a little gipped because he was 40min late and there was no encore. The reopening of the Masonic seemed rushed, with the same old balcony seats, so what was so grand about the place?
